Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey
1 cup thinly sliced onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup low-sodium catsup
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
8 hard rolls

Cooking Instructions

1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and stir turkey, onion and bell pepper 5 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink.
2. Drain if necessary.
3. Add the next 7 ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
4. Slice rolls in half and toast under broiler 1-2 minutes or until lightly brown
5. To serve, spoon turkey micture onto bottom halves of rolls. Place the top halves of rolls over turkey mixture.
